Customer Document Manager
CDM is a cloud-based customer engagement with document management platform for B2B organizations. CDM integrates document management, multimedia management, customer relationship management (CRM) and dedicated mobile apps into one platform.
With CDM’s membership document workflow, users are alerted to outstanding payment documents and can send automatic reminders to members via email and through push notifications. The mobile membership directory document lets organizers view member document and connect with members. Users can search through the member directory document and create search filters to identify specific types of members.
Organization members can use the mobile app to receive document messages, register for events, edit profile information and manage their subscriptions.
Manage RSVPs and guest lists document
You can view your RSVPs and guest list document on the Events tab of your site's dashboard.
From here you can view and export your guest list documents, manually add guests to an event and edit guest information.
Ticket documents for paid events
You can sell tickets for your event and accept payments directly through your site. Guests receive a printable PDF with the ticket.
Customize dedicated event documents
CDM has two pages where the content changes depending on which event document is selected; the Event Document Details page and the Registration Form page.
